"Wiped Out of Existence"

From Haaretz comes yet another example of love and tolerance from the religion of peace: "Islamic Jihad leader: Israel must be wiped out of existence. Organizers say up to 100,000 people attend largest Islamic Jihad rally in Gaza in several years; Hamas leader calls for unity against Israel." 

Also, I was amazed to see that the front page of today's local paper displayed no headlines on yesterday's terrorist plots; the story was relegated to page A3. 

Breeder of the Week

I'm sure you've already heard about this Florida creature who shook her infant to death because the baby's crying dared to distract her from her important game of Farmville.  Of course, it's much easier to blame computer games than to admit that a so-called "mother" could be so callous.  Just read some of the reader comments.

Cut the PC Crap!

After today, kindly spare me the lectures on our Islamophobia. Stop telling me I should be ashamed for opposing the Ground Zero mosque.  Enough with the insistence than Islam is the religion of peace. Goodbye to the kowtowing, apologizing, and excuse-making. Just. Shut. Up.

When I heard about the suspicious packages on cargo planes this morning, my first cynical thought was, "Is this the 'October Surprise'?"  But if Bush were still President, my first natural thought would have been, "Those filthy terrorists!"  See what Obama has accomplished?
