Deliberate, Methodical Evil - Not Mental Illness

The Colorado slaughter reminded me of last year's killing rampage in Norway. I only hope James Holmes is executed and the families don't have to endure a trial. Let's focus on the victims of this assassin, and not give him the attention and publicity he doesn't deserve.
