When I heard about the looters I was outraged even though I'm not surprised.  Every natural disaster brings out leeches and parasites, but it's particularly sickening to imagine people whose first instinct, despite overwhelming tragedy, is to steal instead of help! Looters should be shot -- after first being forced to dig in the rubble for bodies and survivors!
