The fact that something this trivial would be the focus of a study is amazing. And what kind of people get offended by a simple punctuation mark? We're in worse shape and more immature than I imagined.

How does a complaint from just one spiteful woman result in such caving? Why didn't they tell her to jump in the lake? Also, in case she didn't know it, it IS Hanukah; it won't be Christmas yet for a while!
