A Taxing Problem

This number keeps getting higher, to my disgust. As a commenter sarcastically writes, "That's not enough! We need 95% of the people not paying and only 5% of the greedy wealthy people supporting the rest of the nation. Obama will fix that." Says another, "People not paying income tax but able to cast votes? A very dangerous combination which can only create a class of folks who want a continuing flow of free 'programs' but have absolutely no stake in paying for them." Very true.
