Plane Insane

Before I learned that this had occurred at Reagan National, I assumed it had happened in some small airport in the West somewhere! Imagine only 1 air traffic controller on duty in one of the busiest airports and in one of the most famous cities in America - what a scandal!  The rules will definitely be changed now, the way they changed after the Californian's wireless operator signed off for the night on April 14, 1912.
