While we're dealing with a catastrophic pandemic of unimaginable proportions, and while people are sick, dying, jobless, hungry and desperate, you have an increasing number of maniacs like this are desperate for attention and don't care about anyone but themselves. Meanwhile, the rest of us are working exhaustingly hard every day, following the rules, and being responsible citizens while they are wreaking havoc and making everyone more fearful.
Domestic terrorists like her should be harshly prosecuted and made an example of -- right now.
