Irresponsible 'Parents'

Neal Boortz writes about this attempt to instill personal responsibility in today's students: "A government middle school imposes a 5 step plan for students to take more responsibility for their behavior ... parents immediately complain about the 'emotional impact' on their children." This reminds me of the story of the "stressful" spelling homework in England.
