Achievement is Politically Incorrect

Neal Boortz reports: "Teachers in New York are being told not to publicly congratulate students who have been accepted into Ivy League colleges.  It might hurt the feelings of the students who didn’t make it." Enough with the hurt feelings already!  How about celebrating success more?
