capital murder. A fourth suspect who was allegedly in the car during the fatal traffic stop was arrested Sunday afternoon, reports WDAM. Cornelius Clark, 28, was charged with obstruction of justice. Dead
at their hands following a routine traffic stop, police say, were
25-year-old rookie cop Liquori Tate and decorated K9 officer Benjamin
Deen, 34."
