I actually laughed when I saw Al Sharpton talk about unity in the wake of the latest attacks on Jews. Don't you remember the murder of Yankel Rosenbaum? Remember the Crown Heights riots and marches, with Sharpton as one of the worst anti-Jewish inciters?
Remember Jesse Jackson referring to Jews as "Hymies" and New York as "Hymietown"?
If you don't recall these events, you ought to look them up before you do any more excuse-making for, or dismissing of, black-on-Jewish crime.

Not a Hate Crime, But An Extermination
Calling the latest attacks and murders of Jews "hate crimes" is like calling the Nazi ideology a hate crime. Stop diminishing the seriousness of what's happening here.

Open Season on Jews
How reassuring! "Assault on 2 Young Jewish Boys Among 4 Antisemitic Attacks in New York City in 48 Hours, Cops Confirm". In only 48 hours.
I think things will only get worse, as thugs seem to be trying to compete with each other to incite antisemitic attacks across the country. If your House of Representatives can't bring itself to specifically condemn antisemitism, why should anyone else? And if people can get away with attacks on cops, then what's to stop them from getting away with attacks on Jews?
You know things are bad when you half-expect to see vandalism at the cemetery.

Reader's Digest Goes PC!
I've been subscribing to Reader's Digest for many years and have seen it go from a conservative, traditional magazine to a more liberal one. In an etiquette article in the latest issue, I was surprised to find myself lectured on the use of the phrase "ladies and gentlemen" when addressing a group. They favor "Hello, everyone", stating that it "speaks to all of us,including men, women, and those who identify as gender-fluid or nonbinary. We must all mind the gap, so it's kind to include all of us - regardless of our pronouns - in the warning."
We must? Excuse me, but "ladies and gentlemen"ARE all of us. If "gender-fluid or nonbinary" (who came up with this nonsense?) people are delusional, that's their problem. Just don't tell me what words I must use.

The Trouble With Apostrophe's
I got a kick out of this article about the noble but failed mission of John Richards and his Apostrophe Protection Society. The title is "Former copy editor, 96, ends his battle to put the apostrophe in its correct place, saying 'ignorance and laziness' have won." Unfortunately, he's right about that.
The trouble isn't only with apostrophes and commas; bad grammar and spelling also seem to be the norm. I cringe when I hear things like "I seen her" and "He should of went", and when I see misspellings and grammatical errors in resumes sent by people with self-described "excellent communication skills." I guess people no longer care about first impressions being important.

"America’s Traditional Culture, Values, and History"
If you want to see a list of some of the reasons why we are Republicans and conservatives instead of Democrats and liberals, this Dov Fischer column is for you, and it could have been written by you: it's full of common sense.
Pushing the Boundaries of Crackpottery
I spotted this story today: "INSANITY: ACLU Calls for Tampons in Men's Rooms Because 'Menstrual Equity' or Something." "If the far left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) was ever a serious organization fighting to defend and preserve individual rights and civil liberties, those days are long gone now.
"Their latest cause célèbre is by no standard a serious civil rights issue, rather the result of the ever-increasing influence of the radical LGBTQ lobby, which is pursuing the most insane ideas under the guise of civil liberties. The ACLU's latest cause isn't about equal justice or discrimination, but calling for tampons to be provided in men's restrooms. That is one issue that's part of their 'menstrual equity' platform calling for 'accessible and affordable period products'."
How about the men's rooms simply ignoring this nonsense, or else speaking up against it, instead of meekly accepting it? Eventually there will be a day of reckoning, but only if people stop agreeing that every crackpot idea is somehow "normal". There must be an awful lot of ignorant, gullible people out there who don't use their heads and think that if it's on Facebook, then it has to be true.

"Impeach this!", says Stephen Green, as he drunkblogs his way through the Democrats' debate. He drinks so you don't have to.
Also, visit Maggie's Farm, Larwyn's Linx, Liz Sheld's Morning Greatness, and Stephen Kruiser's Morning Briefing.
Donald Trump has been impeached by the Democrats. Too bad they can't clean up the dangerous filth in San Francisco with the same speed with which they have accomplished this longtime goal. Unfortunately for the Dems, Americans with common sense know that Trump = Prosperity, while Democrats = Dependency. Why would you trade a flourishing economy and a healthy 401(k) for stagnation and welfare? The choice is clear.

Fighting Jew-Hatred -- Literally!
Here's the hero of the day: "‘Don’t Be Afraid to Fight Back’: Israeli Student Lihi Aharon Stands Up to Antisemitic Assailant on New York Subway." Good for her!
"Much of the woman’s expletive-laden tirade was captured by Aharon on her camera phone. In an attempt to stop Aharon from filming the abuse, the woman lashed out at her and grabbed her camera. In the ensuing melee, Aharon’s face was badly scratched, leaving her with a deep scar. Nevertheless, she fought back, and the woman was arrested by police at the next station. Along with the stream of insults, the woman expressed joy at last week’s gun attack on a kosher market in Jersey City, emphasizing that she wished that all Jews would share the same fate. She also repeatedly used the Islamic religious phrase 'Allahu akhbar' as she sniped at Aharon and the Jewish man alongside her."
No further comment is necessary.

Just When You Thought Anti-Jewish Terror Couldn't Get Worse
Thomas Lifson's column describes despicable "Raw Jew-hatred from neighbors of Jersey City kosher deli attacked by Black Hebrew Israelites." There was nothing remotely neighborly in their reaction.
Also, think about this horror: "Shooters may have been targeting 50 children in yeshiva, Jersey City mayor suggests." Read that headline again and let it sink in.
Just look at the planning that went into this attack, including a stolen U-Haul fitted with bullet-resistant panels. They remind me of the murderous San Bernardino couple in the depth of their hatred and viciousness, and I'm glad all 4 of them were killed.
However, because the targets are only Jews and cops, this latest American pogrom won't get half the response it would have gotten had the victims been anyone else.

Good news from Britain, and good news for Jews: "General Election exit poll projects large Conservative majority for Boris Johnson. Poll projects prime minister's party will win 368 seats, a majority of 86." Let's hope that what happened to Jeremy Corbyn and Labour also happens to the Democrats in 2020!

The Systematic Murders of Jews in America
Item: "The two attackers, a man and a woman, who stormed the JC Kosher Supermarket in Jersey City yesterday—killing three people, including two members of the local Jewish community, and a police officer—were said to be affiliated with the “Black Hebrew Israelites”, and one had previously posted anti-Semitic and anti-police writings online."
When I heard the awful news of this latest atrocity, I immediately thought of the 2015 murders of Jews at the Hyper Casher kosher market in Paris, and so many other beatings and killings of Jews at home and in Europe.
This isn't a gun control issue -- it's an anti-Jewish issue, and we have to protect and defend ourselves rather than dig our own graves for today's version of the SS.

Jew-dicial Political Correctness
Daniel Greenfield writes about the latest politically correct excuse: Muslims who kill Jews have a mental illness, they're not Jew-hating anti-semites, and therefore they shouldn't be held accountable.
If anyone is mentally ill, it's these judges, who have just given all anti-semites a license to beat and kill Jews! It gets worse for us every day.

Word of the Year: "Stupid"
From Stephen Kruiser's Morning Briefing:
"Make 'They' Go Away"
"Merriam-Webster just gave the personal pronoun “they” the word of the year title:
Merriam-Webster recently added a new definition to its online dictionary to reflect use of 'they' as relating to a person whose gender identity is nonbinary. In October, the American Psychological Assn. endorsed 'they' as a singular third-person pronoun in its latest style guide for scholarly writing.
Of all of the wokeness that I am not very woke about, the pronoun nonsense probably holds the least hope for me every achieving wokeitude. I am still too much a fan of science to believe that there are 6,000 genders that we can all begin identifying as by age three.
An individual calling himself or herself 'they' it sounds like we’re dealing with multiple personality issues.
He, him. She, her.
We’re done here."
I wish we were done here, but I think this sort of insanity will only get worse as long as everyone caves in.
Speaking of caving in to nonsense, why didn't this restaurant fight back harder instead of closing down? "The complaints about the eatery had nothing to do with the quality of the food, the prices or the location, however. People were upset because the woman who opened it was white. And that means she was 'appropriating' Asian culture or something."

Three Ugly Terror-Related Words
Here are three words & phrases I really prefer not to hear in the same sentence:
* flight training
From CNN: "The gunman in a deadly shooting at Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida was a second lieutenant in the Saudi Arabian military involved in flight training at the station, US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper said Friday."
This sounds frighteningly familiar. Does September 11 ring a bell? Does Fort Hood?
While the Dems are focused solely on impeachment, wouldn't it be a good time for terrorists to take advantage? If there are more attacks and dry runs toward something bigger, I won't be surprised. Then they can just blame Trump.

"Jews Are Supreme"
Well, thank you!
From The Algemeiner: "JNS.org – American political activist and former Women’s March, Inc. leader Linda Sarsour said during an American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) conference on Nov. 28 that Israel 'is built on the idea that Jews are supreme to everyone else.'"
I know one thing for sure. We Jews are definitely supreme to you and all you other antisemites!
Your lives must be wretched and miserable if your #1 priority is hating Jews and Israel. Go do something constructive rather than destructive, and be quiet already!

Obscene: Auschwitz Merchandise For Sale
Tasteless, clueless, and incredibly ignorant: these words are just some of the ways you can describe the amoral people who came up with Holocaust-themed Christmas ornaments, beach towels, and other merchandise. Who at Amazon decided it was okay to sell this stuff? And what kind of people would actually spend money to decorate their tree in this way?
We've heard of these stories before, with everyone feigning surprise and proclaiming their innocence. It just goes to prove once again that, despite our politically correct environment where everyone is offended by every little thing, we Jews are still always fair game.
