Re-Open the Keystone XL Pipeline!

Hey Biden! You stupidly shut down the Keystone Pipeline on your very first day in office. Now you're dealing with a ransomware attack on the Colonial Pipeline, resulting in  panic and shortages of gas that are affecting people who actually go to work each day.

Why are we forced to be this vulnerable?  Why don't you smarten up and re-open the Keystone Pipeline before terrorists decide to attack other oil pipelines across the country?
