Jews in Green offers a list of ways you can help brighten up a Jewish soldier's life by adopting him or his unit; sending him the books he likes; and sending CARE packages. I've done this, and even a small thing like a letter really makes a difference to our servicemen.
Speaking of soldiers, whatever happened to the kidnapped IDF soldier Gilead Shalit and his 2 comrades? Why isn't this mentioned in the news any more?
