Thank you from Kurdistan

Has anyone seen the TV commercial that's a thank you from Kurdistan, "the other Iraq"? I wish it were shown more often. Of course, some are saying it's only a Republican publicity stunt. I guess when there's good news, or when oppressed people show any pro-American feelings, it's obviously phony.
