Remembering the 9/11/01 Heroes and Victims at the Pentagon

The death toll at the Pentagon was: 125 people at the Pentagon, and 64 people on hijacked American Airlines Flight 77.

Also you can see one of my favorite photographs, that of the fire and rescue personnel unfurling a huge American flag over the side of the building, during the visit of President Bush to the site on 9-12-01. To me it was a sign of pride and defiance, a message that we were bloodied but unbowed.
