How is this for gall?

"Members of the New York City Muslim community suggested Saturday they were being unfairly targeted in a terror plot probe, as a friend of the probe's prime suspect said the scrutiny has put his 'life on hold.'"

Aww, isn't that tough. Maybe if they weren't still trying to murder Americans, we might not be targeting them; what they did to us on September 11, 2001 actually did put people's lives on hold -- forever.
