Whistling While We Work

The Senate is going to extend unemployment benefits yet again; and in Ohio, they are going to give welfare recipients an extra $100 in their June check. How about bringing back the CCC and WPA so people must actually do some work in return for getting a check? And how about rewarding people who DO work and who've always scrimped and saved?
