Here We Go Again

Yet another creature competing for the title of "Mother" of the Year. Can't they just sterilize killers like this? It's a shame that having children is so easy; you wish somehow women could be tested before being able to get pregnant, for things like mental stability; the financial means to raise a child; and above all, maternal instinct.
