A Ban I Agree With

I don't know how they can possibly enforce this, but they really do need to stop reckless texting & driving to prevent more people from being killed by maniacs like this:  "Driver Britany Reinhardt is charged with aiding and abetting an impaired driver and allowing an unlicensed person to drive. The North Carolina Highway Patrol believes even though she was behind the wheel, her passenger Danielle Parker was steering while Reinhardt was texting."
