A New Low for ISIS

I haven't heard too much about this latest episode of evil, but what can you expect from terrorists who behead and burn alive innocent civilians? "ISIS gunmen dressed as doctors kill at least 30 at Afghan hospital". It sounds to me as if the "JV team" is getting even bolder.
