Until this week, I had never heard of "laughter yoga" before. After seeing this video,
I can easily understand why these hilarious, ridiculous exercises are good
stress relievers! If these people aren't paid, professional laughers,
they should be! The facilitator, Thomas Flindt, "is a life coach and
laughter instructor as well as the driving force behind World Laughter
Day in Denmark."
