The reporting last night from tornado-ravaged Joplin, MO by The Weather Channel's Mike Bettes was some of the most compelling I have seen in quite some time. I remember when TWC first started, nobody took the idea of am all-weather channel seriously. But now, if you want to see weather-related news, you should go straight to TWC rather than the networks.
