El Al-legiance

I was never a big fan of Michael Bloomberg, but his flight to Israel on El Al in defiance of the FAA ban made him a bigger man in my eyes.  "Thus far, Bloomberg is the only major American politician to defy the ban; which suggests that it may not be entirely based on security concerns, but is a political move by the Obama administration to pressure Israel into a ceasefire."  In other words, extortion. And remember: this is the man who somehow won the Nobel Peace Prize!
