Amazing how you can attack and burn Jews, yell "Free Palestine", and shout "F-U Zionists", but the authorities are "unclear on the motive"!
Threats to burn Jews goes back a very long way and is a form of antisemitism.
When the Jewish people are the targets of hatred, terrorist attacks, and murders, these horrors are always downplayed and excused away.

Man says victims were 'having their skin melt off their bodies'
"A man who said he witnessed today's attack said the victims were "having their skin melt off their bodies."
"In an interview with MSNBC, Brian H., 37, from Denver, said he witnessed the attacker shoot fire at demonstrators in downtown Boulder this afternoon.
"Brian, who himself is Jewish and asked that his last name not be publicized, said he is aware of marches like the one that took place today but hasn't attended out of fear of "something like this actually happening."
"After he heard something had happened nearby, he said, he sprang into action and ran toward the scene. Once he was there, he said, he saw people tending to the burned victims as the attacker shouted, "F-U Zionists. You're killing all my people." After he recorded the attacker on video, Brian said, he called 911.
"Brian and other bystanders poured buckets of water on the victims' burns to keep them comfortable, he said, choking up as he described some of their wounds. He described a woman who wasn't moving, a man in shock whose legs were severely burned and two women with burns covering most of their bodies.

"Brian described seeing the attacker holding two bottles full of a clear liquid and an exploded carafe that had already been detonated on the ground in front of him. He said the bottles looked like what he thought a Molotov cocktail might look like.
"Brian said the man was wearing an orange vest, possibly trying to blend in as a gardener, but was instead "lighting people on fire while spraying gasoline on them." Two senior law enforcement officials told NBC News they were looking into witness reports indicating the man may have been wearing clothes making him appear as a landscaper.
"Brian said police arrived within 10 minutes and arrested the man.
"Within 10 minutes, police arrived and handcuffed and arrested the attacker, he said.
"I'm saddened and pessimistic about what this means for us as Jewish people, what it means for our future in this country ... a fear I think a lot of my friends and family all have," Brian said. "I think some people are fearful. I think some people are frustrated and angry."
