PLEASE Stop Tweet-Fighting!

I wish Elon Musk would stop attacking The Big Beautiful Bill on Twitter, and I wish Trump would not respond. The more this fight goes back and forth, the more unseemly and self-destructive it becomes, distracting from everything else.

I know Trump takes everything personally, but this time he should just keep quiet (if that's possible!) --- or simply pick up the phone and talk with Elon privately. 

Why give the anti-Trump media and the Democrats any more ammunition than they already have?
