Well, I don't live in a luxury homes development. I live in an apartment complex that includes Section 8 apartments, and from what I can see from the temporary dealer tags in the parking lots here, the average citizen is definitely able to buy huge SUVs like the Toyota 4-Runner, the Ford Tahoe, and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer, and also impossibly large pickup trucks.
Maybe if people prioritize instead by buying smaller vehicles or used cars, they can afford to buy groceries and gas instead of blaming others.
