Overlawyered has this item about the latest inane, greedy lawsuits over hot coffee here
I said something similar to someone recently -- they never sue small restaurants for making then fat or small coffee shops for daring to sell hot coffee that's hot. It's always the money-makers and corporations.
A good lawyer needs to put a stop to this and make people accountable for their own stupidity, klutziness, lack of common sense, and just plain greed.
