Here we go again! Instapundit reports on attacks on police in France, and the upcoming anniversary of last year's out-of-control looting & rioting spree, which the Chirac administration all but ignored. It will be interesting to see how (or if) rioting on the anniversary is handled and excused.
The British Times Online says that 112 cars are being torched every single day, and 3,000 police have been hurt in clashes with the rioters this year alone.
The attitude seems to be one of a resigned "Oh well". After all, these are mostly immigrants.
