No Spanish? No Job!

My pal Diane sent me this infuriating story about a job-seeker denied work because she doesn't speak Spanish!

"The Aurora native has three decades of work experience. But she lacks what many employers — whether they’re hiring painters or file clerks — increasingly require in a competitive market for entry-level, unskilled jobs: Spanish.

She’s angry."

We should all be angry.
