Protecting Our Right Not to be Blown Up

More on the motion to protect passengers against lawsuits, from The American Thinker. Author Pamela Meister's headline, " The Safety of Many Should Trump the Hurt Feelings of the Few", should be a matter of common sense. We shouldn't have to stop and think about it. About shoebomber Richard Reid, she says, " ...had Reid's fellow passengers not acted, today we'd be asking, 'Why weren't they more vigilant?' rather than congratulating them for their swift actions."
