It's Santa's Fault!

I just saw this topic discussed on Neil Cavuto's show on Fox: does Santa need to slim down to set a good example for kids? Oh, spare me. Santa has always been chubby, as in "Twas The Night Before Christmas" ("He had a broad face and a little round belly, that shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly.") -- but on the other hand, children HAVEN'T always been obese, and parents haven't always avoided responsibility! It's so easy to blame everyone else -- but isn't this a bit ridiculous?
