Charity Begins At Home

I received this news tidbit at work yesterday:

"Those incoming federal tax-rebate checks could do more than boost the economy. They might also boost your mood, with one caveat: You must spend the cash on others, not yourself."

That's very nice, but after all the payroll taxes I shell out, I am going to be VERY happy when I spend this well-earned money on myself.
