Where's The Outrage?

Neal Boortz wonders: "In a post-9/11 world, the U.S. Government's Printing Office wouldn't really outsource the manufacturing of electronic passports, would it?" Sickeningly, the answer is yes. This is beyond outrageous. How is this being permitted?
