It's Everyone Else's Fault
I'm always amazed at the gall behind nervy lawsuits like this: “Was it a lack of common sense or utility company negligence that prompted a 16-year-old boy to climb a power pole, get shocked and fall 35 feet and into paralysis?” It's like when criminals sue for 'emotional distress' when they're caught, or when people sue their cell phone companies after they get into auto accidents while babbling.
