"Mope and Blame"

I see that the Dow fell 389 points today -- how nice.  But this can't be Obama's fault, since nothing ever is.  Peter Bella of the Washington Times says the Obama Doctrine is "Mope and Blame". And to think we may have to endure 4 more years of this if the Republicans -- and the idiot voters -- don't wake up.
