According to Andrea Peyser, homeless shelters are all the rage in New York. "All a man or woman needs to do to score free, no-strings-attached housing is demand it. No official may ask if the 'homeless’ person has another home. No one may ask if he/she even comes from New York. (About 25 percent zoom here from other states — or abroad.)" I have a feeling that percentage will be increasing very soon.
Gee, this might be an even better deal than Obama's reintroduction of the subprime mortgage nonsense!
