A Military Obscenity

Here's a good analysis of the situation in Syria, and why we should avoid getting involved in a war there.  Not only is it foolish to go to war over a "moral obscenity" when there's no good side to take; but how can we even think of doing so with our economy in the shape it's in?  The killing of Christians in Egypt is also a moral obscenity, but there's no talk about us going to war there.
