Defund Obamacare

This infographic explains the process.  And if they don't actually defund it, then just stop forcing everyone to use it!  Since it's "the poor" who demanded it, then let them use it -- without the help of the navigators. (If you're going to get something for nothing, the least you can do is fill out your own form!)
