Foreign governments, too?  From day 1, he and Biden alone have done everything they can to undermine our resources.  Now my state is warning residents to expect power outages because they can't produce enough electricity for the whole state

I bet China with its 184 new coal power plants won't have that problem. And I bet the Islamic terrorists and others will enjoy the havoc in America and take full advantage of our weakened security when we're forced to live in the Stone Age.
