At first I laughed when I saw this headline, because I thought it had to be a joke. Then I realized it was Florida, and they're not kidding at all.

On December 13, 2022, Governor DeSantis petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for a statewide grand jury to investigate crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine."

If you recall, DeSantis' Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo has referred to the COVID vaccine as "the Antichrist of all products" and has been called a quack and a public health menace for his deliberate spread of misinformation.
