The Diplomacy and Charm of Joe Biden

OK, I give up.  This man must either be immediately given a full check-up by an Alzheimer's specialist, or he has to be prevented from dealing with Israel.

This appalling headline is from The Times of Israel, and I have no doubt that it's true:

Biden reportedly fed up with Netanyahu, calling him ‘asshole’ over management of war

"Amid reports of growing frustration in the White House with Benjamin Netanyahu, NBC News reported on Monday that US President Joe Biden has been expressing his exasperation with the prime minister in private conversations — even calling him an 'asshole' — but is not about to make any major policy changes.

"Citing 'five people directly familiar with his comments,' the report said that Biden has expressed frustration to confidants, including campaign donors, over his 'inability to persuade Israel to change its military tactics in Gaza.'

"He is also flummoxed by Netanyahu’s rejection of deals that the US president thinks are a win for Israel, like Saudi normalization in exchange for movement toward a Palestinian state."

So, because Israel won't cave in to Biden's demands and schemes and commit national suicide, Biden is throwing temper tantrums.

If anyone should be "flummoxed", it should be the Israelis, who have gone through a pogrom, a war, hostage-takings, rapes, mutilations, and horror in less than a year.

I am flummoxed that Biden thinks he can fight a war against Israel better than Netanyahu can.

I am flummoxed that Biden has never attacked and insulted Hamas and the "Palestinians" the way he talks about Netanyahu. Instead he is grovelling to the Muslims of Dearborn, looking for votes.

I am flummoxed that Biden is allowed to still be involved in Israel's own fight for survival.

And  I am flummoxed that Biden is giving aid and comfort to the enemy every time he has the nerve to talk this way.

I am flummoxed that Biden hasn't been persuaded to give up his bid for a second, destructive term in office.

The other night after Biden's disastrous press conference, his wife demanded of staff "Why didn't anybody stop that?"  I wondered why SHE didn't stop that.

Now we need his family to stop him: stop the harsh rhetoric used towards Israel, or make him resign, before it's too late and we're all completely flummoxed.
