Pope Francis 1936-2025

I was unsurprised to hear the sad news this morning, having seen him on the Vatican balcony yesterday looking so ill and frail.  The gifts he gave JD Vance at a brief audience yesterday - rosaries, and Easter eggs for his children - will have even more significance now.

It would be nice if the next Pope is a lot younger and less politically correct than Francis. And hopefully there will be no sacreligious tantrums and disrespectful remarks coming from the obnoxious left in our country.
