Dr Fauci Didn't Create COVID

I just have to say that I find it disgraceful that Dr Fauci has become the scapegoat for the COVID pandemic, thanks to years of attacks by Rand Paul.

A reminder: COVID came from China. It was a novel virus, and there were  no vaccines in 2020 to prevent it. . Millions of people died horribly because COVID is an airborne disease. Nobody could have known how to prevent it

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I thought the lockdown was a good idea in order to keep people from infecting one another and spreading the disease even further.  Wearing masks was also a good idea, as were measures like social distancing. What was the alternative? To keep going as if nothing were happening and as if nobody were dying?

Fortunately, the COVID vaccine was ready in 2021 as a major accomplishment through Operation Warp Speed. By getting everyone vaccinated, we could lower the risks of getting and spreading COVID. 

And as you plainly see today, COVID is at very low levels because so many people now have the immunity we lacked in 2020.

How Dr Fauci can be blamed for trying every possible option during a medical emergency is a mystery to me. This vendetta has got to stop.
