I saw this headline from Forbes.com and cannot understand this thinking at all. If I were killed by terrorists, I would want everyone involved to be executed. I believe in "an eye for an eye". How many innocent lives must be taken before people demand punishment? If terrorists involved in the September 11 attack don't deserve the death penalty, then who does?
