Moussaoui trial

Today at the trial of the 20th hijacker, they played audio tapes from Flight 93, and relatives of the heroic victims spoke about their loved ones' last words. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that the judge in this trial has actually warned the prosecutors to "show restraint". How do you possibly show restraint when speaking about the unforgivable attacks that happened on September 11?
