Thanks, Obama, for broadcasting this news to the terrorists today! Evidently he was never taught that if you nothing good to say, don't say anything. I wonder what strategy he'll have on September 11.
Can you imagine Eisenhower on D-Day saying "We don't have a strategy against the Nazis yet", or Truman on August 6 saying "We don't have a strategy against Japan", or JFK in October 1962 saying he has no strategy regarding the Cuban Missile Crisis, or Reagan declaring he has no strategy for ending the Cold War?
