MarketWatch has an article today headlined "Trump impeachment inquiry and brutal 2020 election will further stoke ‘toxic’ workplaces, HR experts warn." Brutal 2020 election? It's still only 2019, and that election hasn't even happened yet, but they're already predicting the outcome? If workplaces are toxic, it's thanks to political correctness, which makes people keep their mouths shut rather than giving their opinion on something and receiving a tongue-lashing in return. In all the years I've been working, nobody ever talked about politics -- until Obama ran for president, and then those who did offer an opinion were ostracized for their trouble. Nowadays, it's complete silence -- unless you're a Democrat.
