Criminals and Good Samaritans

It's nice to read about a community's outrage and generosity, but I sure hope these animals are caught and given the maximum sentence for this senseless cruelty: "West Tennessee citizens, outraged after thieves stole and dismantled a 5-year-old girl's wheelchair, are responding with offers to help little Annabelle Hulgan of Memphis."
