Kiddie Class Warfare

Will this be the next entitlement?  Sorry, but this is not a hardship or a right: "With children spending more time than ever before mobile screens, a new study suggests an 'app gap' that differentiates the poor kids from the rich ones." Maybe our government can send free iPhones to poor kids next, at taxpayer expense.
