I give up! Warped thinking like this has contributed to America's decline: "A new law making it illegal for people on welfare to use the money for alcohol, cigarettes and lottery tickets is an 'attack' on the state’s most vulnerable residents, according to welfare advocates. Critics say the bill, signed by Gov. Deval Patrick last week, does nothing more than stigmatize low-income people as prone to vices and irresponsible with money."
